The Structure (Flexible, Yet Grounded)
This journey is structured while not defined—shaped enough to hold you, yet spacious enough to allow YOU to unfold.
The container includes:
- Six months of sacred companionship
- Two 75-minute sessions per month (1:1 or small circle—by design)
- A private space within my online community "Toward a New World" for reflection, connection, and gentle guidance between sessions. This space is free for 12 months so there is time for integration.
- Custom rituals, contemplative prompts, or practices, tailored to your process
- Opening and closing ceremonies to mark the passage
