Private Sessions

Clients keep telling me that they feel safe with me. Although it is my intention for each client, every time I hear it, I feel so delighted that they allow me to provide that space for them. I am keenly aware that it is the client's choice to enter that space in a session which enables them to open up and to take in what I am saying. The ability to trust is such a vital component of a session.

My focus is working with people who:

• are dealing with a change in their life,
• desire to become an Elder

The outcomes of a session, depending on the focus, can be:

• the ability to look at things from different angles,
• removing limiting points of view, beliefs or thoughts,
• letting go of judgment,
• befriending their shadow,
• becoming their authentic self,
• learning about the power of their heart,
• communication skills

My background is my trainings as a counselor and Rites of Passage guide, as well as additional learning and my life experiences. I have worked with people for 20+ years in various functions and am getting great feedback.

Sessions are via video (zoom), I record the session and send you the audio of it. (I will delete the recording after you acknowledge receipt) A session lasts about 55 min.

Support with Transitions

We all face transitions in our lives, be it the loss of a job, a move, separation / divorce or death (that of a parent, child, friend or our own). I am here to support you during that time. My years of work in Rites of Passage and the time volunteering with Hospice organizations, as well as my own transitions give me a unique understanding of the process and its challenges.

Pricing

30 min. session: $ 80

60 min. session : $ 150

a series of 4x60min. sessions: $ 500

Upon payment, you will be sent to my booking page where you can select the date and time for the session via Zoom. I am recording the session and giving you the link to download the audio so can refer back to the session. The recording will not be used for any other purpose unless I specifically tell you the purpose via email and you agree to the use.
