We all have conversations. The quality of these depends greatly from which space you come from.

Speaking: From which space do you come when you speak?

  •  Do you tell a story?
  • Do you try to convince the other about the rightness of your point of view?
  • Do you offer a different point of view from the space of no significance?

Listening - Hearing: What's the difference?

In my experience, when we listen, we have our filters active. Only that which passes the filters get's through. As a result, we do not fully hear with all the implications what the other is saying.

When we hear, we are totally present, we removed our filters as much as possible and are receiving what the other is saying.

There is a completely different energy. Can you perceive the different energy in the different spaces of speaking? In listening? In hearing? What are you becoming aware of?
