Access The Bars

The Bars is the first class in Access Consciousness. It is a hands-on process where 32 points on your head get gently touched . These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs and emotions you have stored.

“The Bars® has assisted thousands of people change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more!“ (from Access Consciousness® web site)

For even more information, you visit the page with Access Consciousness for more information about The Bars® ,watch this video with several people talking about the Bars™ or watch this video created by Access Consciousness™.

And here is a review of what occurs in the brain before and after an Access Bars session. Presented by neuroscientist Dr. Jeffrey Fannin with Gary Douglas & Dr. Dain Heer, creators of Access Consciousness.

Here is an interview by Dr. Dain Heer of Dr. Terrie Hope about the newest research results of her study of Access Bars and anxiety and depression.

As a Facilitator, I offer the Access The Bars® class. This is a 1-day class that lasts about 8 hours. You will learn how to run The Bars® by doing the process yourself twice and receiving them twice. After completing the class, you are a Bars Practitioner and can run The Bars on people. I would suggest, though, to first ‘practice’ with friends and family until you know the positions of the points by heart. Remembering 32 points may seem overwhelming, but believe me, it does not take very long. Give it about 6 to 10 'sessions' and you are on your way.

Once you have taken the Bars class and are a practitioner, there are local possibilities to participate in trades, often on a weekly basis.

Date & Time: Saturday, 4/24 from 9am to 6pm MST
Investment in you:  $350 for the first class, 175 for any repeat class
Location:  Castle Rock, CO 80109

"My experience since our Bars session has delighted me - on several levels. I have a sense of comfort and peace that I haven't felt for years (decades maybe). I feel more open, more curious, and I'm enjoying a deep sense of freedom. I've actually been looking forward to each fresh, new day.

I've felt subtle but potent shifts of self-awareness and personal revelations. I feel much kinder to myself, more forgiving. The underlying and debilitating currents of fear and resistance toward facing new career potentials and new life path directions are, gratefully, greatly diminished now. I have a greater sense of possibility, ease, and confidence.

So ... this has been a wonderful, welcome surprise. Thank you for helping me find the space and tools to begin engaging the expansion I've been seeking for so long. I am very, very grateful."
