Question of the Day (selection 5)

With my kids visiting and Christmas, this one comes out late:

Question of the day: What can I do today that would allow me to be as expansive as I truly be?

I am beginning to make it a habit to expand in the morning. Then it becomes more a matter of staying aware during the day to not contract. Recently, during a severe thunderstorm, I played with being expansive. I perceived everything going on in a completely different way. I could not maintain it and therefore saw the difference between the expansive state of being and contracted state of being. I desire more of the first.

Question of the day: Can I remember to ask the consciousness of the Universe to contribute to all that I do?

The Universe has your back in many ways if you allow it. To me this means it is also willing to contribute to what I am doing. The only requirement is to ask. How would my life look like if I always asked for it, become that request?

Question of the Day: What would it take for me to remember to be vulnerable?

How often do we associate being vulnerable with getting hurt, being walked all over or something similar. Is that true? I am learning that it is not true. Being vulnerable means to lower the barriers we have. Now what is the effect of a barrier. It keeps others out. At the same time is does not allow me to receive anything because nothing can come in. What might we be refusing by not being vulnerable at all.

Question of the day: How does it get any better than this?

This question works when something ‘good’ happened since we are always open to have more ‘good’ things happening in our lives. It also works when something ‘bad’ happens. We don’t mind if it gets ‘better’, do we?

Question of the day: What else is possible today?

How often do we operate from the conclusion of what is possible, how the day should look like. Wouldn’t asking this question open up more possibilities? Would that question not invite a bit of magic into our day and, as a result, it could be more fun?

Wishing all of you Peaceful Holidays!
